Hi all,

My name is Mel Morris, ’54. Hadn’t looked at this site for a long time, and stopped receiving Alumni mailings many years ago. Went on to CCNY, left for duty in the USNR, returned got married (to a Walton girl), back to CCNY at night, moved to New England and finally (after 11 years of day/night college) graduated as an electrical engineer from Northeastern U.

Stayed in the Boston area for 19 years, returning to NJ before retiring in Florida. Spent the bulk of my career in the semiconductor industry, first on the tech side and ultimately in senior management.

Don’t get to the Bronx any more, except on the rare occassion when I traverse the Cross Bronx, so I haven’t seen the school in a jillion years, but it sure looks the same from the photos.

Hello to any of my classmates; do look at the yearbook every once and a while.

Still in touch with my old gymnastics team mates coached by Traetta-circa.76-78..Were going to see if we can gain access to clinton for a real reunion and a look around the place..I’m gonna see if i can post some of the pix from our last meeting in august 08.. Alvaro(AL) Caban grad.of 1982 played on the football team under coach "P" . After high school went to work with Anhuser Busch Budweiser beers as product promoter for concerts and special events left after 7 yrs. joined the army to serve my country retired at still serve my country in the dept. of defense. Thank Dewiitt Clinton for preparing me for the future.

Just returned from seeing the guys from the  gym nastics team, we got together in conn. and had a great time..We look great still and many of us have children. Everyone’s doing well in there chosen fields and byron showed us a wonderful time at his home. Saw, BYRON,JAY,GEORGE,JUAN,AND MYSELF[JOSEPH]...
